Hej — I'm Imke, your comfort-focused photographer and Holistic Doula based in Neumünster. My core work revolves around motherhood: maternity sessions, intimate postpartum (weeks-after-birth) reportages, newborn portraits and family stories. I shoot both analog and digital, primarily using natural daylight, and aim for a quiet, documentary style that preserves natural colors and light. Why clients choose me: I create a warm, safe atmosphere where people relax — this allows authentic, unposed moments to emerge. My intention is to deliver more than pretty images; I want to give you memories that transport you back to these special times. With my recent Holistic Doula training I support parents beyond photography, which often deepens the storytelling of my sessions. How I work: We start with a conversation to plan location, outfits and any moodboard ideas. Sessions usually take place at home, outdoors or in my daylight studio L'Atelier de Maman in Neumünster. For family and postpartum sessions I move quietly around you and give minimal direction so everyday tenderness and honest moments shine through. Weddings & couple sessions: While my main focus is on maternity and family work, I also occasionally photograph weddings, small reportages and bride-and-groom sessions — always with the same atmospheric, documentary approach.
