100% craft-driven photography: Based in Höxter, my main focus is on family, newborn, portrait and business photography as well as event reportages. These core areas shape the way I work—calm, attentive and with an eye for genuine moments. I also photograph weddings occasionally and approach them from a reportage perspective. When I accept a wedding assignment, my priority is to capture atmosphere, emotions and spontaneous moments rather than staged perfection. This results in images that allow you to relive the day, complemented by intimate portraits of the couple when desired. My method is rooted in craftsmanship: careful preparation, thoughtful lighting and a consistent visual language. Before a shoot we discuss wishes and timing so the day runs smoothly. During the event I stay present but unobtrusive—clients often appreciate this approach, noting that it preserves natural, unstaged emotions. Post-processing is part of the craft: I deliver carefully edited images with natural skin retouching and balanced color grading. Retouching options used for business and portrait work can also be applied to wedding and engagement images, depending on your needs.
