Team Schnurrbart is your wedding photographer in Cologne, specialised in authentic, unstaged wedding reportages that capture the emotions and story of your day. We — Miriam and Friedemann — work as a close‑knit duo with experience from over 100 weddings in Germany and abroad. We shoot mainly in a reportage style — in silent mode, sensitively and unobtrusively — so natural moments can unfold. At the same time we are friendly, communicative guests who get to know your family and friends and are truly part of the celebration. For couple sessions we bring filmic direction and compositional intuition without making you pose awkwardly. The result is authentic couple portraits that will become lasting memories. How we work: Before the wedding we get to know you, listen to your wishes and develop image ideas together. On the day we stay present without disturbing — from getting‑ready and the ceremony to the party. We love special moments: first looks, quiet tears, wild dancefloors and the spontaneous scenes you can’t stage. For party photography we use specialised gear to capture mood even in difficult light. Destination & Engagement: Based in Cologne, we also accompany couples across Germany and internationally — destination weddings are a favourite of ours. Engagement shoots are offered as a secondary service: a relaxed rehearsal shoot that builds confidence in front of the camera and creates lovely images for invites or keepsakes.
