As a wedding photographer based in Haan, I focus on telling your story honestly and movingly. I’m Kerstin Krüger, owner of Das Portraitstudio, and I bring years of passion and experience to wedding photography. My guiding principle is: emotion before perfection. I follow the day discreetly, capturing spontaneous moments and stepping in only when a composed couple portrait or specific shot is needed. This creates natural, timeless wedding images that reflect the atmosphere of your celebration rather than staged poses. I combine attention to detail with a calm, pleasant working style so couples and guests feel comfortable in front of the camera. We start with a personal meeting because chemistry matters—it's the basis for authentic photos. We discuss your wishes, the schedule and focal points for the reportage. On the wedding day I work reliably and flexibly: from ceremony and group photos to the couple session and the reception’s highlights. Afterward I edit the images in my signature style, adjusting color, contrast and exposure to deliver high-quality results. Many couples also appreciate creating a handcrafted wedding album as a lasting keepsake. In addition to reportage I offer engagement shoots to get to know you and your preferences before the big day. Optional extras, such as our retro photobooth and an audio guestbook, are available to make your celebration even more personal.
