Barbara deVincent and the team accompany civil ceremonies and vow renewals with calm professionalism so you can enjoy your day while we capture the story unobtrusively. Our process begins with a personal consultation—by phone, Zoom/Skype or at our studio—to discuss your wishes, preferred motifs, timing and the overall schedule. A few days before the ceremony Barbara individually prepares the shot list and makes contact again so you feel confident and relaxed on the day. During the ceremony we shoot discreetly and in accordance with the venue’s rules. After the formalities, relaxed couple shoots and thoughtfully staged moments create natural images that reflect your joy. If you plan a reception or meal, we offer flexible time‑splitting options so photography and celebration work together smoothly. We use professional Adobe software for image refinement: all photos are carefully edited and presented in a password‑protected online gallery for your selection. Depending on the chosen package you receive digital files, high‑quality prints, photobooks or an mp4 photobook—delivered conveniently to your home.
