As a wedding photographer based in Idstein, I accompany couples through one of the most meaningful days of their lives — with an eye for genuine emotion and the calm presence that lets moments unfold naturally. My style is emotional, unobtrusive and narrative: I focus on documentary coverage during the celebration and combine this with a relaxed couple shoot to capture both the big moments and the small, intimate details. In our planning conversation we discuss your wishes, location ideas and timeline so you can fully focus on one another on the wedding day. My training (including a professional photography distance course at ILS and further portrait education) helps me read the mood and translate it into evocative images. My approach: “Not just a picture, but a feeling.” I work mainly in a reportage style and intervene only when it benefits the images — for example during a short couple session after the ceremony. There I take the time to guide you, create natural poses and discover the most flattering perspectives. For civil ceremonies as well as other formats I remain discreet so emotions stay authentic. Engagement sessions are a perfect complement: they allow us to experience a first shoot together, break the ice and develop personal ideas. This familiarity shows on the wedding day and makes the photos even more relaxed. I love accompanying people with openness and joy in front of the camera.
