I’m Peter from Photography Jansen — a wedding photographer based in Neu-Hohenschönhausen, specialising in authentic, emotional wedding reportage. For me, photographing weddings is a passion: I witness your day with empathy, capture candid interactions and timeless details, and craft images that let you relive those moments for years to come. My approach is unobtrusive yet attentive. I favour a reportage style because the most honest images appear when you’re simply being yourselves — laughing, crying, dancing or sharing a quiet moment together. I also provide gentle guidance for group photos and couples portraits to ensure relaxed and creative results. What sets me apart is my relaxed, warm manner, an eye for meaningful details and the experience gained from many weddings. I’m there when needed — tying a tie, handing a tissue, fixing a veil — always focused on documenting your day naturally. My style emphasises authenticity, warm tones and timeless composition. The process is personal: we start with a meeting to get to know each other, discuss your wishes and agree on a visual direction. On the wedding day I arrive prepared — often 30 minutes early to check the location and lighting. You’ll receive a first sneak peek shortly after the event, followed by the final edited images delivered in a secure online gallery. As a local photographer in Neu-Hohenschönhausen, I work across Berlin, Brandenburg and throughout Germany. I also offer engagement shoots on request — a relaxed way to get comfortable in front of the camera and create lovely images before the big day.
