My primary focus is portrait and business photography — capturing people as they truly are: honest, sensitive and expressive. As the owner of Das Fotoatelier Regensburg, I work personally with each client, take time, and create a relaxed atmosphere where natural images emerge. My style ranges from modern headshots and character portraits to sensual, often black-and-white portraits. I favor continuous lighting and fast lenses to achieve a soft, cinematic look. Weddings are a secondary offering for me; I am primarily a portrait and business photographer. Nevertheless, I occasionally accompany couples on special days — from engagement shoots and bride-and-groom sessions to understated reportage on the wedding day. When I photograph a wedding, I bring my portrait experience to the event: calm, an eye for genuine expression, and a feel for real moments. My aim is timeless images that honestly reflect the day's mood without contrived poses. How do I work with couples? First, a personal pre-shoot talk to discuss wishes, locations and the moments that matter most. During the shoot I ensure you feel comfortable — whether for an intimate couple portrait in the park or spontaneous moments during the celebration. For engagement photos I often combine natural locations with soft light so the images work beautifully as keepsakes or invitations. Transparency is important: wedding assignments are additional to my studio schedule, so early booking is recommended.
