I'm Birte Lebender, a wedding photographer based in Freising with over 25 years of experience in photography. What drives me are people and the genuine, unscripted moments: laughter during the toast, a fleeting glance between the couple, and the small details that make the day unique. My approach to wedding photography is calm, respectful and focused on authenticity. I work in a documentary yet empathetic style: I observe and accompany the day without taking over, stepping in when a quiet moment or special light creates a single powerful image. For couple shoots I take the time needed so that images feel relaxed and true to you — not stiff posing but encounters that show your personality. The process is personal and straightforward. Before your wedding we discuss your wishes, the schedule and possible locations. I'm happy to offer practical tips for planning and advise on visual choices. On the wedding day I make sure you feel comfortable — relaxed and at ease, as I always emphasize. I also place great importance on privacy: I only publish images in agreement with you. In addition to wedding reportage, I bring long-standing experience from family and business photography, which helps me quickly assess situations and work confidently with people of all ages.
